The Team

The team consists of volunteers. That's right, all cooks and all assistants of the team are community volunteers. We are everyday businesswomen, housewives, health-care workers, and other professionals who share the same passion to help those who would like to try a vegetarian diet & lifestyle.

Weeks before each class, these volunteers spend time shopping, cleaning vegetables, and preparing all ingredients, utensils, and recipes.
We hope to provide an outlet for aspiring vegetarians and foodies alike to take a step closer to eating better and living healthier.
