Over 90 online students and 43 students on-site (at CompaSS Center in Anaheim, CA)  practiced with Thay from 7 am to noon on the continued practice of Tahquitz Pines Meditation Retreat. The session was accompanied by a wonderful breakfast and a good lunch for the on-site participants. Everyone was looking forward to the next class.

 

In summary, we learn the 4 keeps:

1- Keep our body fit: by bowing, exercise and stretching.

2- Keep our mind committed: by practicing the dharma objects daily, thus transform the objects into the bodhi mind. 

3- Keep our spirit shining: practice the visualization of SA and YA, then practice the Organs Cleansing Visualization. 

4- Keep the teaching alive: by sharing the teaching with other dharma friends, without showing off one’s ego.
