About the Class
Return home to your true nature, dwelling in peace and with ease. We’ll take you through the basics of meditation step-by-step as you learn to release stress, experience serenity, and increase focus and clarity. Perfect if you’re looking to start a meditation practice, or if you’re looking for a refresher course. For those that took the class before, we'll be presenting new material and further steps to deepen your meditation practice.
6 weeks, every Wednesday 7:00p-8:15p, September 8 - October 13. Classes are completely free, donations are welcome. Please Note: these classes are held in-person at our center in Anaheim.
