Vegetarian Cooking June

Vegetarian Cooking Class aims to help you learn how to eat healthier.  Vegetarianism does not mean stuffing your face with tofu or soy products or loading up on protein.  Many times we are uninsterested in trying vegetarian food because we think it is not filling enough, it does not taste good, etc.  It's all a matter of know-how.  Many of the instructors of this class are lifetime vegetarians, and some are rookies looking to share their experience of vegetarian cooking.  Learn how to cook without using meat and finding creative ways to make your plate more interesting!
