Return home to your true nature, dwelling in peace and with ease. We’ll take you through the basics of meditation step-by-step as you learn to release stress, experience serenity, and increase focus and clarity. Perfect if you’re looking to start a meditation practice, or if you’re looking for a refresher course.
6 weeks, every Wednesday 7:00p-8:00p, July 7 - August 11. Classes are completely free, donations are welcome.
